 TRU LEGACY SALON takes this pandemic very seriously. Our goal is to make certain that we do whatever we can to keep all of us safe and beautiful. We want you to feel relaxed for your services. We look forward to servicing you.

NO EXTRAS / NO KIDS may be with you during your appointment unless they are being serviced at TRU LEGACY SALON.

NO WALK - INS AT THIS TIME. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - This will allow us to manage the number of clients in-salon at any given time. Please Book Online, Email info@trulegacysalon.com - Call or Text 912.755.6897. You can send photos to both.

BOOK your FREE virtual consultation or in person consultation. It's very important that you let us know about any home color you may have applied along with photos when booking your appointment so that we are able to book the correct amount of time needed for your appointment. We would hate to have to reschedule your appointment because we were not made aware. Please understand that you may need color correction and this takes more time.

Masks are now required even if you are fully vaccinated.  Sorry NO KID'S, NO DOG'S, and NO FOOD allowed. If you are sick, STAY HOME! 

NO WAITING - We will be following the 1 to 1 guideline for clients. This means family members, friends and pets will have to wait for you outside until social distancing rules are lifted. There will be no exceptions. We thank you for your cooperation.

HAND SANITIZERS - Will be at the front entrance and throughout the salon. STYLING STATIONS, SHAMPOO CHAIRS AND SINKS - Each will be sanitized before and after client use.

SOCIAL DISTANCING - All chairs are 6 feet apart. We will be controlling the amount of clients in the salon at all times. We will be following the guidelines set forward by the CDC. You will be asked to text the salon upon arrival, you may be asked to wait in your car or outside a few minutes before entering the salon to ensure no overcrowding.

TOOLS BRUSHES AND CAPES - Will continue to be sanitized. Tools, brushes etc with UV light and Barbicide. Capes and robes washed after each use. 

RETAIL PRODUCTS - Your service provider will place all recommended products you may need along with any products you need to be replenished to ensure fewer hands have touched your products. We do welcome you to browse in that salon.

CONTINUED CLEANING AND SANITIZATION - We will continue our cleaning and sanitization throughout the entire day.

 

DEPOSIT FEE AND REGULATIONS 

NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT!!

Deposit is $25. ALL HAIR EXTENSION SERVICES WITH HAIR PROVIDED WILL BE A $50 Deposits AND HAIR EXTENSIONS COST.  DEPOSIT IS NON- REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you WILL NOT be able to make your appointment please be sure to notify the salon up to 5 HOURS PRIOR to your appointment. If you fail to do so, your appointment will be CANCELLED and you will be marked as a no show. Determined by your appointment history you may be blocked. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

If you cancel 5 hours prior to your scheduled appointment your deposit will be credited to your next service within 30 days (subject to availability). However in the event you are a NO CALL NO SHOW your card will be charged for services in full!

If you book a service with hair extensions included and NOT ABLE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT the hair will be ready for pick up the same day. You will be allowed 5 business days to pick up purchased hair extensions. If the hair is NOT PICKED UP, the hair will be mailed out the next business day to you. 

At TRU LEGACY SALON, We DO NOT go over another stylist's work! Please state ALL services you wish to receive! IF You Don’t Specify SERVICES when booking They Will NOT BE DONE.

If you are using previously used extensions, please be sure that they are free of any oils, dirt & thread! Additional fee will be added to wash dirty hair extensions. Fee is $25 per bundle. 

Please come washed and blow dried (This Apply to Hair Extensions and Braid services) if hair isn’t clean and needs to be washed it’s an extra $25 added to your services.

We accept CREDIT CARDS, PAYPAL, CASH APP.  We accept KLARNA and QUADPAY for HAIR EXTENSIONS AND HAIR PRODUCTS ONLY.
