HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT? Deposit is $25. ALL HAIR EXTENSION SERVICES WITH HAIR PROVIDED WILL BE A $50 Deposits AND HAIR EXTENSIONS COST.  DEPOSIT IS NON- REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you WILL NOT be able to make your appointment please be sure to notify the salon up to 5 HOURS PRIOR to your appointment. If you fail to do so, your appointment will be CANCELLED and you will be marked as a no show. Determined by your appointment history you may be blocked. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY HAIR APPOINTMENT AND PURCHASED BUNDLES? If you book a service with hair extensions included and NOT ABLE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT the hair will be ready for pick up the same day. You will be allowed 5 business days to pick up purchased hair extensions. If the hair is NOT PICKED UP, the hair will be mailed out the next business day to you. 

DO I NEED TO WASH MY HAIR BEFORE MY SERVICE? Please come washed and blow dried (This Apply to Hair Extensions and Braid services ONLY) if hair isn’t clean and needs to be washed it’s an extra $25 added to your services. ALL cuts, styling, and coloring services come with a wash and set. If you booked a service that does not come with a wash and would like this service, please add service when booking your appointment. 

ARE KIDS ALLOWED OR EXTRA GUEST? NO EXTRAS / NO KIDS may be with you during your appointment unless they are being serviced at TRU LEGACY SALON.

HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED? A full sew-in weave with Raw hair would need approximately 8 to 10 ounces of hair. We recommend buying 2 packs of hair for lengths 12” to 14”. We recommend 3 packs for lengths 16″or longer. Each bundle weighs 3. 5 ounces. Keep in mind that since the hair is sold by total weight the rule is: “The longer the hair, the shorter the weft.” 

CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR? This is 100% raw hair that has not been processed in any way. Keep in mind once the hair is colored, be sure to keep it conditioned and moisturized. Requires proper care and maintenance.

HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST? Longevity is  3-5 years, or longer with proper care and maintenance.

Use a good shampoo and conditioner 

Shampoo and condition in a downward motion.

Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water

Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up you scalp

Rinse thoroughly

Let air dry 

See a licensed hairstylist for proper maintenance.

DAILY MAINTENANCE: Use styling products minimally to avoid build up

For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look

For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water

AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT!

Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp

Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls

Let air dry

WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED? We accept all major credit cards. We accept PayPal as well. We do not take  bank transfers or money orders.  All products CAN BE PURCHASED THROUGH QUADPAY OR KLARNA. 

When placing an order, the correct billing address must be entered for the order to be approved. The billing address is the address registered on your account.

DOES MY ORDER REQUIRE VERIFICATION? Some orders are subject to Tru Legacy Salon Verification procedure which means that, for your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that order and that ship-to information are legitimate. This process rarely delays an order, and generally requires either a simple call-back (which can be done after business hours) or by email. If your order requires Verification, we will advise you by phone or e-mail. This is why it's important that you leave both day and home phone numbers when ordering and that you keep your information current. It is also important that you understand what we mean by bill-to information on the checkout process. The bill-to address is the address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The bill-to address you give us must agree with the address that the card issuing bank has on file. Please be sure you provide the correct information, even if the items are to be shipped to a different location. We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED? You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER? Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel any order. When your order arrives, please follow exchange instructions for a store credit.
