Rental Cancellation Policy

At Tru Legacy Salon, we understand that plans can change. That's why we've designed our cancellation policy to be fair and flexible to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation:

1. Cancellation Period:

  • You may cancel your WEEKLY BOOTH RENTAL or 5 DAY BOOTH RENTAL reservation up to 2 days before the scheduled rental start date without incurring any cancellation fees. 

2. Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellations made within 1 day before the scheduled rental start date will result in a  $50.00 cancellation fee. This applies to 5 DAY BOOTH RENTAL and WEEKLY BOOTH RENTAL ONLY.

3. No-Show Policy:

  • If you fail to show up for your rental without prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show," and NO REFUND. 

4. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

  • To cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact Tru Legacy Salon at 912.755.6897 or info@trulegacysalon.com
5. Refunds: 
  • Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be processed promptly for 5 DAY BOOTH RENTAL or WEEKLY BOOTH RENTAL. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. NO REFUNDS on DAILY BOOTH RENTAL or 3 DAY BOOTH RENTAL (Please contact Tru Legacy Salon to reschedule for future rental or credit). 

6. Exceptions:

  • In case of extenuating circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies), Tru Legacy Salon will issue a credit for a future rental. Contact Tru Legacy Salon for assistance.

7. Changes to Your Reservation:

  • Changes to your reservation, such as altering the rental dates, may be subject to availability.

 

By making a reservation with Tru Legacy Salon, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this rental cancellation policy.
